The return shipping cost is included in the flat rate. 2) send it in to be replaced with a new system with the following choices/costs: > 3-2-1 GS Series III in gray or silver: $349 (retail price: $999.95) > 3-2-1 GSX Series III in gray: $449 (retail price: $1,499.95) With the asking price and the above rates, it is still a great deal on a new (or repaired) Bose system.
